Are there any negative effects to the baby, and what is the appropriate dosage and how often (capsule form)?

I am 32 wks pregnant, first child its a girl and her due dates 8/8/08 (cool huh..) well yea i was just wondering when is it safe to have sex to try to induce labor?

My wife is currently in severe abdominal pain as the baby has dropped and is pressuring the round ligament. Her doctor wants to induce but not till later. We are at 38 weeks, are there any ways to encourage an early bird?

I am 36 weeks and my doctor is going to induce me next week, because he belives my baby is getting to big. The baby is about 8lbs now and I am a very small women. I was only 100lbs before pregnancy and with my first baby I had 40 stiches and she was 7lbs 10oz. Anyone please give me some ideas to induce myself at home. I was induce with my first and I do not want to have patocin again. I have been trying sex and NO luck yet! Willing to try anything that somone has had experience with and it works! PLEASE HELP ME!

I am 36 1/2 weeks pregnant, and because of the baby’s size (she is already measured 8 1/2 pounds) he plans on inducing me Tuesday. I am 90 percent effaced but my cervix is closed. I was wondering if walking up and down the stairs would help to induce labor? I also heard about acupressure. Does anyone know what pressure points that involves and how to do so? Thank you so much!

Has anyone experienced being put into labor by a massage? If so, how long after the massage was labor underway?

I am 37 weeks pregnant, gestational diabetic and huge! What can I do to naturally induce labor besides drinking castor oil and having intercourse?

I am 37weeks and 4cm dilated. I went to the hospital 3 days ago when I was 36weeks with contractions that measured 2-3 minutes apart. I walked around but my labor must have stopped. The nurse told me that because of how far along I was that they wudn’t stop the labor but that they wudnt help me further it along by inducing it. I am wondering how far along will they help me induce it and if there is any natural way that i can help farther along my dilation and labor on my own.

I’m 40 wks pregnant, miserable, bored, and ready to start loving my baby already!
Does anybody know any natural (as in non-medicinal, non-harmful) way to induce your own labor?

I am so ready to have this baby! The doctor said to have sex to induce labor and we do every other day and still nothing! What else can I do?
Are there any signs that I will have this baby soon?
