If anyone does know PLEASE LET ME KNOW. i really need help. and thanks to yall that help

I am 37 weeks and I am just 1cm dilated. I do not think the baby has dropped yet, but does anyone have any safe remedies to help induce labor that actually work.

i am 37wks pregnant and feel just miserable. my ob and midwife both say the baby is very healthy and ready to come. we have tried the normal stuff, sex, massage, washing the floor. etc… i will NOT take castor oil, i don’t want diarreah on top of how extremely uncomfy i am . they won’t induce me, which i understand, but i can’t get comfy any position.

OK im close to my due date and was just wondering has anyone taken Blue and Black Cohosh to get things started? And if so I am kind of confused on how much to take. Do you take 10-15 tinctures of the blue every hour.
Then take 5-10 of the black cohosh every half and hour

And by tinctures do they mean just little drops or actual 10 -15 full 1ml???? if someone can get back to me TODAY it would be nice I wont have internet access for a little while Thanks..

Oh and I don’t mean Im going to take this I was just wondering if anyone new specificlly what they mean by tinctures??

I know there are various ways to induce labor on your own…We’ve been having sex, Ive been walking, Ive been massaging certain pressure points that are known to bring it on…they aren’t working! Someone please help me. Im just 4 days away from due date and feeling so discouraged
basically I want to do everything I can to avoid an actual medical induction. I had one with my first and the hospital’s policy was to keep me in the bed the entire time (except for bathroom runs) and I refuse to have that done again if there is anything I can do to get it going myself.

my 20 year old daughter is pregnant and when she first went to the doctor they put her due date for today, then during the months they changed it to Dec 5..anyway no baby, no signs of labor (no dialation etc)..
she has a condition which they find in less than 5% of pregnant women, which is a two vessel umbilical..
she went to the doctor wednesday and they said that if she shows no signs by today then they will have to induce..
has anyone been through it, and what can we expect?

Has anyone ever used this during pregnancy to jumpstart labor and for swelling and high blood pressure. We are trying natural remedies for starting labor since I am at risk for developing Preeclampsia and then having to induce. I have gained 7 lbs due to water retention and swelling is out of control. I don’t want to induce because I’ve heard labor is harder and could lead to needing a C-Section. I also don’t want to use castor oil because I’ve heard too many bad things about the cramping, diarrhea and vomiting that will occur.

my doctor is sending me for an amnio test this wednesday to determine lung maturity in my baby to see if she can induce labor. my question is that if the test shows that my baby’s lungs are mature enough how long will it be before she induces me? i am 36 wks. btw.
