how do you use black cohosh to induce labor? how much do you use? how often? can anyone tell me these things and more about using black cohosh to induce labor?

Were you in labor shorter or longer during your second pregnancy? I would also like to hear from people who have only had 1 baby so far.

I had a very quick labor and delivery. From start to finish it was 3 hours. I am hoping this time round it will be the same or quicker. All my contractions were in my back. None what so ever in my front.
