of Medical Labor Induction..."

Ok, so I’m 36 weeks pregnant with a boy! :) I’ve done a lot of research and seen a lot of women on here using natural ways to induce labor such as eating pineapple, using evening primrose oil, drinking red raspberry leaf tea, etc. A lot of times it is said to start these things right around 36 weeks. So I guess what I’m asking is what is your opinion on this? Did you use any of these methods? If so, how did they work for you? If you are pregnant, do you plan on using any of these methods when you’re close to delivery? Overall, it’s something I’m considering doing, and I just want some other women’s opinions on the subject? Please no rude answers. Thanks! :)

What were you doing when labor started?

What were you doing at the time that you said ‘this is it, we’re gonna be making a baby soon’

Just kinda curious to everyones experiences, plu did your water break first or how did the process go?

Does walking really induce labor?

Does walking really induce labor…or does it merely speed things up if you are already in labor?

If walking does indeed induce labor, how much did you walk before you went into labor?

how can i naturally induce labour?

How can i naturally induce labour other than sex and nipple stimulation. I have tried both of them and we are still waiting?

What Is Considered Failure To Progress?

Why are so many c sections done due to FTP? What if you aren’t having much cervical change but baby is doing perfectly fine?

I want to equip myself with knowledge in order to defend and avoid an UNnecessary c section due to "failure to progress."

And how does this relate to the baby "not dropping and or entering the pelvic cavity."

And lastly, can most of this be avoided by waiting for labor to occur spontaneously rather than being induced? And maybe labor at home as long as possible.

Thanks :)
