how effective is cleaning when it comes to starting labor?

I’m pregnant for the first time and I’m due on the 19th. I can’t wait and I’m hoping it might come sooner. My doctor said my cervix was 1cm about 2 weeks ago, so how long does it take to start active labor at like 4cm?

I don’t want to hear any rants about safety or about how the baby will come when it’s ready, etc. How can I induce my own labor??? I’ve heard of castor oil, sex, walking, spicy food, and stripping membranes… what else is there?? Pleeeeease help!

Im am over due and i want the baby to come out as soon as possible, does anybody know a natural way to induce labor that could be 100% efficient?
