Im just looking farward to meeting our baby so much i just wondered if anyone has any stories about there labours and how it all started off and what sort of things you felt or what happened in the early stages. I also just wanted to know if anyone had gone into labour between 38 and 40 week?

my other kids i had them at 32 weeks

Ok so i’m 37.5 weeks. I’ve lost my mucus plug and had some bloody show. Babies head is engaged and i have begun to feel a lot of pressure down below and am starting to dilate already! I had an ultrasound 2 days ago and the doctor says everything looks great and baby is fully formed and ready to go

I’ve been having some irregular contractions along with period type cramps so i’d like some ideas of what i can do to get things moving along now???

What worked for you?

I just had some blood when I went to the bathroom, I know this is totally normal, but am scheduled for a c-section on Thursday morning. I am hoping I make it until then…what are your experiences and thoughts? I have had 2 previous sections (both were breech) and didn’t experience bloody show with either. I am worried that I might start labor before my scheduled section…
I had a checkup on Monday and I was closed and thick and not thinning or dialated at all…

Hi, I am just wondering if any 1 knows how i can make myself go into active labour, I took caster out on the 1st august on my due date, I woke up in full blown labour, I went delivery sweet and i dialated to 3cm, then my labour suddenly just stopped and now it is 4th august and still not in labour, i had a membrane sweep done yesterday and still no sighns, i am losing bloody show and that is it, what can i do to make me go into labour? thx

Yesterday I came from visiting the OB/GYN doctor and while i was there he checked me to see how dilated i was he told me i was 2cm dilated, and when i returned home from the doctors about a few hours later I had a bloody show and i could understand a lil bit of blood from the pelvic exam but I Had Globs Of it!!! But Only light contractions tho, could labor be soon???? I’m already 40 weeks….

I’m just curious because I have heard people talk about doing it..?

I went to my 37 week doc apt and I am 2cm and 80% effaced, about how soon could I go into labor and have the baby? When I was walking around in Target last night I started having contractions thinking they were BH, so if I walked for a while longer would it be possible to start labor?

this is not my first time i been in labor naturally around 33 weeks -34 weeks 9 times.i am doing a home birth
