what is the most affective way to induce labor at home, not using sex, just things that u can do at home to help induce labor?

My sister in law is trying to naturally induce her labor. What are some exercises and techniques that can help induce someone’s labor?

I’m due in one week and am wondering what are some natural ways to induce labor and keep it going? I’ve been having contractions here and there but they eventually stop I can’t take it anymore any suggestions would be helpful!

Will walking up and down stairs possibly help to induce my labor? What are some other methods besides sex, tea, and castor oil? How many of you actually went into labor becuase of walking?
