Im am over due and i want the baby to come out as soon as possible, does anybody know a natural way to induce labor that could be 100% efficient?

Walking, having sex, spicy foods, or castor oil all have some validity, but you won’t find anything that is 100% effective. Otherwise there wouldn’t be a need for medical induction.

Walking… Sex… Driving down bumpy roads… I even heard dancing helps… Good luck
Nothing that’s 100%, but walking, stretching and being relaxed helps. Also some people say having sex helps too.
